You Can Have Your Cake and Eat It Too

How many times have you heard, “Just eat whatever you want.” or “If you stop telling yourself you can’t eat certain foods, you’ll stop craving them?”

I used to laugh when people told me that!

It wasn’t until I actually started to put this idea of, “giving yourself unconditional permission to eat what you want” into practice that I realized it’s TRUE!

Now, if you are laughing or rolling your eyes or saying, “That’s awesome that it worked for other people, but it didn’t work for me,” I totally feel ya!

I was that person too and so were my clients!

I am often met with strong resistance and fear, but it is a normal reaction to something that challenges your current beliefs around food.

That is why I wanted to debunk the common myths that I get from my clients, so you can feel more confident about this fundamental step in finding a healthy relationship with food!

Here are the 4 Common Myths:
What if I don’t stop eating?
I’ve tried that before and it didn’t work.
That’s not healthy to eat that way.
I just can’t be trusted around those foods.
