Why Eating Foods You Binge on Will Help Stop the Binges

I used to think that the only way to stop binge eating on food was to eliminate the foods completely!

Never have those foods in the house, never eat them when I’m out, and never ever buy them!

Boy was I wrong!

All that did was make my obsession WORSE!

In order to regain back the control, power, and most importantly, the CONFIDENCE, you will need to eat those foods!

Yes, that sounds counter intuitive, but trust me, it’s true!

AND you can do this!!
