I literally could talk about this for days on end!
I was an expert at taking anything positive and immediately finding the negative.
Boy was that a lonely world to live in!
Learning how to stop myself from binge eating, emotional eating, restricting calories, and over exercising was the easy part!
Learning how to STOP talking sh*t about myself was the hardest thing I had to do.
BUT
It can be done!
