For 15 years I struggled with letting food control everything in my life and binge eating became the norm for me. I would either restrict during the day and binge at night, or restrict the whole week and binge during the weekends, or I would always binge on my ‘cheat meals.’
WAY too much time spent obsessing over food and not enough time living the life I wanted.
